House Of Fire appears on Northern Star's Psychedelia VOL 3

Northern Star Records has released the third volume in their amazing psych compilations aptly titled "psychedelia 3" which our own "walking along the sun" is included on.

It's a 2 disc set featuring songs from artists such as The Black Angels, The Telescopes, The Highdials, December Sound, Hopewell, and the list goes on.

A ton of amazing music on this thing so check it out.

HOF on IFC TV

Our Video for "walking along the sun" has been selected the winner of the IFC/Comcast music video contest.

Those of you in the philly market can expect it to show up on demand in the "get local" folder sometime very soon.

Recording Update

We began work on our yet to be titled follow up in April at Isaac's Greenhouse Studios, and have been steadily working on and off since.

Looking like an early 09' release at this point, though at least one new song will grace a new compilation on the uk label psyilocybin sounds slated for a december release.

Things are starting to take shape and we will keep you updated on a release date and when new songs go up on our myspace, etc.

House of Fire w/ Spindrift at Mojo 13

We had the pleasure of playing with local delaware heroes, Spindrift last night at Mojo 13 along with The Skydrops.

Being huge fans ourselves this was a great show and we had a blast.

This gig also marked our last performance with Alex on guitar.

We are sad to see him go, and we wish him well.

Live Set on WKDU

We taped a live set saturday to be aired on wkdu monday afternoon.

A few of the songs can be heard on our last fm page along with a live version of "give me what I want" live at the Northstar at our CD Release Show.

The Debut Cd Has Arrived

our debut full length was released in may.
